Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of seolite.app, offered by Maik Solga, Rathelbeckstr. 309a, 40627 Düsseldorf, Germany ("we", "SEOlite").

SEOlite offers two ways to access the service: (a) individual "instant tools", used without an account against credit balances, and (b) optional monthly subscription plans with expanded quotas and extra features (dashboard). Which form applies to you depends on your purchase.

Credits are purchased as a one-time payment and delivered as a code by email. The code is a bearer code not tied to an account — whoever holds the code can spend the balance. Keep it safe; we are not liable for loss or misuse by third parties you've shared the code with. Credits do not expire.

Payments are processed via our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are in euros. For subscription plans, the monthly fee shown at the time of purchase applies and automatically renews until cancelled.

Consumers within the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content (such as credit balances or tool results), this right may expire once the service has been fully performed. See our Refund Policy page for details.

Our tools rely on data from third-party sources (including Google search results, Amazon, eBay, and AI models from Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic). This data can change at any time, may be incomplete, or may not reflect actual conditions. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the results provided. Decisions based on these results are your own responsibility.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded, in particular for lost search rankings, lost revenue, or other consequential damages.

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, informally by email to seolite@gmx.net.

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of material changes if you have an ongoing contractual relationship with us.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
