Depending on how you use SEOlite, we process the following data:

• Email address — to deliver your tool results, your credit code after a purchase, and to track your subscription quota (if you have an account).
• Content you enter (keywords, URLs, domains, brand names, text) — sent to the relevant third-party APIs for analysis (see below).
• Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Server logs — IP address, timestamp, and requested URL are stored briefly by our hosting provider (Vercel) for technical purposes (security, debugging).

We use the following services, which process data on our behalf, or to which we transmit data to carry out an analysis you requested:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting of this website.
• Appwrite (server location Frankfurt, EU) — database for credit codes, subscription accounts, and usage counters.
• Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases and subscriptions.
• Resend — sending emails (tool results, credit codes).
• Google (Gemini API, search data) — keyword/content analysis, AI visibility checks.
• OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude) — AI visibility and brand perception checks.
• SerpApi / Serper — fetching Google, Amazon, and eBay search results.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot protection when redeeming a credit code.

SEOlite does not use advertising cookies or tracking. Your language choice, theme (light/dark), and — once redeemed — your credit code are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and never transmitted to us, except when you actively use the code to run a tool.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any comparable tracking or advertising service.

We store credit codes and their associated email address as long as a balance exists, or until you request deletion. Tool results are not permanently stored by us — they are delivered directly to your browser and/or by email.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
